TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to VYRO.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to, use of, and purchases made through shop.vyroofficial.com (the “Website”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website or placing an order. By accessing the Website, creating an account, submitting an order, or purchasing any product from VYRO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any mandatory right granted to consumers under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including applicable consumer-protection legislation.

1. Seller Information

VYRO is the trading name used for the fashion and apparel business operating this Website.

For legal and consumer-protection purposes, the following information should be completed before publication:

Legal Entity / Proprietor: [FULL LEGAL NAME]
Trading Name: VYRO
Commercial Registration No.: [COMMERCIAL REGISTRATION NUMBER]
Tax Registration No.: [TAX REGISTRATION NUMBER]
Registered / Business Address: [FULL BUSINESS ADDRESS, EGYPT]
Customer Support Email: [CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL]
Customer Support Phone: [CUSTOMER SUPPORT PHONE]
Website: shop.vyroofficial.com
Country of Operation: Arab Republic of Egypt

Throughout these Terms, “VYRO,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the legal seller operating the VYRO store.

“You,” “your,” “customer,” and “consumer” refer to the person accessing the Website or purchasing products from us.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • Access to and use of the Website;
  • Customer accounts;
  • Product browsing;
  • Online purchases;
  • Payments;
  • Shipping and delivery;
  • Promotions and discounts;
  • Exchanges, returns, and refunds;
  • Customer communications;
  • Reviews or content submitted to the Website; and
  • Other services made available through VYRO.

Additional policies displayed on the Website, including our Privacy Policy, Returns & Exchange Policy, or promotional terms, form part of these Terms where applicable.

If a specific promotion or service has separate terms, those specific terms will apply to that promotion or service in addition to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

By using the Website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding transaction;
  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current;
  • You are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order; and
  • You will use the Website only for lawful purposes.

If you are under the legal age required to enter into contracts, you should use the Website only with the involvement and approval of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Consumer Purchases

These Terms are primarily intended for customers purchasing products for personal or family use.

Orders placed for wholesale, resale, commercial distribution, or other business purposes may be subject to separate commercial terms agreed with VYRO.

Mandatory consumer rights under Egyptian law remain unaffected where legally applicable.

5. Products & Product Information

VYRO makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, colors, materials, specifications, sizing information, prices, and availability shown on the Website are accurate.

However, minor differences may occur as a result of:

  • Lighting used in product photography;
  • Screen brightness or color calibration;
  • Device display settings;
  • Natural fabric characteristics;
  • Manufacturing tolerances;
  • Production batches; or
  • Minor product improvements.

A minor visual difference that does not materially affect the product or cause it to differ from its advertised description will not necessarily constitute a defect.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights where a product is defective, materially different from its description, or otherwise non-conforming.

6. Sizes & Fit

Customers are encouraged to review the size information provided on the relevant product page before ordering.

Size labels may fit differently depending on:

  • Product cut;
  • Fabric;
  • Intended fit;
  • Product category; and
  • Individual body measurements.

Any size guide provided by VYRO is intended to assist customers in selecting an appropriate size but cannot guarantee an identical fit for every individual.

This does not limit any statutory exchange or return right available to you.

7. Product Care

Customers should follow all washing, cleaning, ironing, drying, storage, and care instructions supplied with the product or displayed on the relevant product page.

Damage caused by improper use, washing, handling, alteration, misuse, or failure to follow reasonable care instructions may not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve that product.

Inventory displayed on the Website may occasionally differ from actual stock because of:

  • Simultaneous customer orders;
  • Inventory synchronization delays;
  • Technical errors;
  • Damaged stock; or
  • Stock-count adjustments.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, VYRO may contact you to:

  • Offer a suitable alternative;
  • Remove the unavailable product from the order; or
  • Cancel the affected item or order and refund any amount paid for it.

9. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the Website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed and confirmed during checkout, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors as permitted by law.

Any applicable:

  • Delivery charges;
  • Taxes;
  • Discounts;
  • Promotional reductions; or
  • Other charges

will be disclosed as required before you submit your order.

10. Pricing Errors

Despite reasonable efforts, a product may occasionally be displayed at an incorrect price because of technical, administrative, or system error.

If we identify a material pricing error before accepting or fulfilling your order, we may contact you and give you the option to:

  • Confirm the purchase at the correct price; or
  • Cancel the affected product or order.

Where an order is cancelled after payment because of a pricing error, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Nothing in this provision permits VYRO to engage in misleading pricing practices or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

11. Promotions, Sales & Discount Codes

VYRO may offer:

  • Promotional discounts;
  • Sale prices;
  • Coupon codes;
  • Vouchers;
  • Bundles;
  • Limited-time offers;
  • Seasonal campaigns; or
  • Other promotional benefits.

Unless the applicable promotion states otherwise:

  • Promotions are valid only during the stated promotional period;
  • Promotional codes may be limited to one use per customer or order;
  • Certain products may be excluded;
  • Different discounts may not always be combined;
  • Discount codes have no cash value; and
  • Promotional offers may be subject to stock availability.

Purchasing an item at a discounted or sale price does not, by itself, remove any mandatory return, exchange, defect, or consumer-protection right granted by Egyptian law.

12. Placing an Order

When you submit an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.

Before submitting your order, you are responsible for reviewing:

  • Products;
  • Sizes;
  • Colors;
  • Quantities;
  • Delivery address;
  • Contact details;
  • Payment method; and
  • Total order amount.

Please review these details carefully before confirming your purchase.

13. Order Acknowledgment & Acceptance

An automated email, Website message, or order number confirming that we have received your order is an acknowledgment of receipt.

It does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

VYRO may conduct reasonable order, stock, address, payment, and fraud-verification checks before fulfillment.

An order is considered accepted when VYRO confirms acceptance, begins fulfillment, dispatches the products, or otherwise communicates final acceptance.

14. Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order

VYRO may refuse, suspend, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • A product is unavailable;
  • Payment cannot be authorized;
  • Customer information is materially incomplete or incorrect;
  • We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized payment;
  • An obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred;
  • The order violates these Terms;
  • Fulfillment is legally prohibited; or
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfillment.

If VYRO cancels a prepaid order, any amount properly due to you will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment method.

15. Order Changes & Cancellations by the Customer

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact VYRO Customer Support as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request if fulfillment or dispatch has not yet progressed too far.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel the shipment administratively. Your statutory return and exchange rights will continue to apply independently.

16. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Depending on the payment options enabled by VYRO, these may include electronic payment methods or other payment options.

Payment processing may be provided by independent third-party payment service providers.

You must provide accurate and authorized payment information.

VYRO may delay fulfillment until payment authorization or required verification is completed.

17. Payment Authorization & Security

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

VYRO may use payment providers, banks, fraud-prevention tools, or other service providers to validate or process transactions.

VYRO does not intentionally store complete payment-card details where payment information is processed directly by an authorized third-party payment processor.

Fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious transactions may be rejected, cancelled, or reported where legally required or permitted.

18. Invoices & Transaction Records

VYRO will provide customers with transaction documentation and invoices as required by applicable Egyptian law.

Where legally required, relevant documentation may include information such as:

  • Seller identification;
  • Commercial registration details;
  • Tax registration details;
  • Transaction date;
  • Product price;
  • Product description and specifications;
  • Product quantity;
  • Delivery date where delivery is deferred;
  • Applicable return and exchange information; and
  • Other legally required information.

The Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency identifies supplier, commercial-registration, tax-registration, price, product, quantity and deferred-delivery information among the required invoice information.

Customers should retain their order confirmation and invoice as proof of purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

19. Delivery Area

VYRO currently provides delivery to locations made available through the Website checkout.

Availability of delivery to a particular address is determined during checkout or order processing.

VYRO may restrict delivery to certain locations where delivery is not reasonably available.

20. Standard Delivery Time — 3 to 6 Business Days

For standard orders delivered within Egypt, VYRO’s estimated delivery time is:

3 to 6 business days

The delivery period generally begins after the order has been successfully confirmed and, where applicable, payment authorization has been completed.

“Business days” for the purpose of this policy exclude official public holidays and other days on which the relevant courier or delivery service is not operating.

The 3–6 business day period is an estimated standard delivery window, not a guarantee of delivery at an exact date or time.

21. Possible Delivery Delays

Although VYRO aims to deliver orders within 3–6 business days, delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances including:

  • High order volumes;
  • Seasonal demand;
  • Public holidays;
  • Courier delays;
  • Severe weather;
  • Transportation disruption;
  • Remote delivery locations;
  • Incorrect customer information;
  • Security restrictions;
  • Technical incidents;
  • Force majeure events; or
  • Other circumstances outside VYRO’s reasonable control.

Where we become aware of a material delay, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updated information.

Your mandatory rights under Egyptian law remain unaffected.

22. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location;
  • Promotional campaigns;
  • Order value;
  • Delivery method; or
  • Other clearly disclosed conditions.

Customers will be informed of applicable shipping costs before completing their order.

23. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a:

  • Complete delivery address;
  • Correct governorate and area;
  • Valid telephone number; and
  • Any information reasonably required by the courier.

VYRO is not responsible for avoidable delays caused solely by materially inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

24. Changing the Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact Customer Support immediately.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once:

  • The order has been processed;
  • The courier has received the shipment; or
  • The order has been dispatched.

25. Delivery Attempts

The courier may contact the customer using the phone number supplied during checkout.

Customers should make reasonable efforts to be available to receive their order.

If delivery fails because the customer:

  • Cannot be reached;
  • Repeatedly fails to receive the shipment; or
  • Provided materially incorrect delivery information,

VYRO may arrange another delivery attempt where available.

Any additional costs may be charged only where legally permissible and appropriately disclosed.

Mandatory statutory return rights remain unaffected.

26. Inspection on Delivery

Customers should inspect the external condition of the parcel upon delivery where reasonably possible.

If the parcel appears materially damaged, opened, or tampered with, we recommend notifying the courier and contacting VYRO Customer Support promptly.

This recommendation does not reduce any statutory right that may exist after delivery.

27. Risk of Loss

Subject to mandatory Egyptian law, risk relating to the physical product passes to the customer upon delivery of the product to the customer or an authorized recipient at the specified delivery address.

This provision does not limit VYRO’s responsibility for products that are defective, incorrect, materially damaged before delivery, or otherwise non-conforming.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

28. Statutory Consumer Rights

VYRO respects the mandatory rights granted to consumers under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, its Executive Regulations, and other applicable legislation.

Nothing in these Terms limits or waives a right that cannot legally be excluded.

The Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency states that, subject to statutory exceptions, consumers have a right to exchange or return goods within 14 days from receipt without giving a reason and without bearing expenses, and a separate right concerning defective goods within 30 days from receipt.

29. 14-Day Return or Exchange Right

Subject to applicable statutory exceptions, a customer may request to exchange or return an eligible product within:

14 days from the date of receipt

without being required to provide a reason.

Where this statutory right applies, VYRO will not impose charges that Egyptian law prohibits the supplier from imposing.

The product must remain eligible for return under applicable law.

30. Condition of Returned Products

For a non-defective return or exchange, the product should remain in the condition required by applicable law.

A return may be refused where the product is no longer in the same condition as at the time of sale for a reason attributable to the customer or where another statutory exception applies.

Customers should therefore take reasonable care of products while deciding whether to keep them.

Where possible, please return:

  • The product;
  • Original labels and tags;
  • Original accessories, if any;
  • Original packaging where reasonably available; and
  • Proof of purchase or order number.

These administrative requirements will not be applied in a way that unlawfully restricts mandatory consumer rights.

31. Statutory Exceptions to Return Rights

Return or exchange rights may be restricted where an exception permitted under Egyptian law applies.

Examples identified by the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency include situations where:

  • The nature, characteristics, packaging, or condition of the product prevent it from being returned to its original condition;
  • The product is not in the same condition as at the time of sale for a reason attributable to the consumer;
  • The product was manufactured according to special specifications requested by the customer and conforms to those specifications;
  • An applicable hygiene-related statutory exception applies; or
  • Another exception recognized by applicable Egyptian law applies.

The Consumer Protection Agency specifically lists certain statutory exceptions to the 14-day right.

VYRO will not rely on an exclusion where doing so would violate mandatory consumer law.

32. Defective, Damaged, Incorrect or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective;
  • Incorrect;
  • Materially damaged before delivery;
  • Different from the confirmed size or color ordered; or
  • Materially inconsistent with its advertised specifications,

please contact VYRO Customer Support promptly.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Order number;
  • Description of the issue;
  • Photographs or video;
  • Product labels; and
  • Other reasonable information required to review the claim.

These requirements are intended to assist verification and will not be used to unlawfully restrict statutory rights.

33. 30-Day Rights for Defective Goods

Under applicable Egyptian consumer-protection requirements, customers have rights relating to defective goods for 30 days from the date of receipt.

The Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency states that, where a product is defective, the consumer may request replacement or return and refund within this period and that the supplier must, upon the consumer’s request, provide the applicable replacement or refund without additional cost within the statutory timeframe.

VYRO will process defective-product claims in accordance with these mandatory requirements.

34. Refund Method

Where a refund is legally due or approved, VYRO will refund the amount through:

  • The original payment method; or
  • Another method permitted or required by applicable law where necessary.

For defective goods, the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency states that the refund is to be returned through the same purchase method in the circumstances described by the law.

After VYRO initiates a refund, the time required for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment processor.

A payment-provider processing period is separate from the time at which VYRO initiates the refund.

35. Exchanges

Where an exchange is available, it remains subject to:

  • Applicable consumer law;
  • Stock availability;
  • Product eligibility; and
  • Any price difference between the original and replacement products where legally applicable.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, VYRO may offer another legally appropriate solution, including a refund where required.

36. How to Request a Return, Exchange or Defect Claim

To request a return or exchange, contact VYRO Customer Support and provide:

  • Your name;
  • Order number;
  • Product concerned;
  • Requested action;
  • Reason, where relevant; and
  • Supporting photographs where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

VYRO will provide reasonable instructions regarding the return process.

37. Refusing Delivery

Refusing a shipment at the door does not automatically replace the formal return or cancellation process.

Customers are encouraged to contact VYRO if they wish to cancel or return an order so that the request can be processed correctly.

Nothing in this clause restricts a statutory consumer right.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS & WEBSITE USE

38. Customer Accounts

Customers may be able to create an account to:

  • Review orders;
  • Manage addresses;
  • Update account information; and
  • Access other account services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must notify VYRO promptly if you reasonably believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.

39. Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and current information.

VYRO may request verification or suspend account activity where reasonably necessary to:

  • Prevent fraud;
  • Protect the customer;
  • Protect Website security; or
  • Comply with applicable law.

40. Prohibited Website Use

You must not:

  • Use the Website unlawfully;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to Website systems;
  • Circumvent security measures;
  • Introduce viruses, malware, scripts, or harmful code;
  • Conduct fraudulent transactions;
  • Use stolen or unauthorized payment information;
  • Scrape or systematically extract Website content without authorization;
  • Misrepresent your identity;
  • Interfere with another customer’s use of the Website; or
  • Use VYRO intellectual property without authorization.

VYRO may take reasonable action to protect the Website and its users where these Terms are violated.

41. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all rights relating to the Website and VYRO brand assets are owned by or licensed to VYRO.

Protected material may include:

  • VYRO trademarks;
  • Logos;
  • Product designs;
  • Graphics;
  • Photography;
  • Videos;
  • Written copy;
  • Website layouts;
  • Packaging designs;
  • Marketing materials; and
  • Other original content.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative commercial material without prior authorization, except where permitted by law.

42. Product Reviews & User Content

Where the Website permits customers to submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content, you must ensure that your submission:

  • Is truthful;
  • Relates to your genuine experience where represented as such;
  • Does not infringe third-party rights;
  • Is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or obscene;
  • Does not contain malware or malicious links; and
  • Does not contain confidential information belonging to another person.

VYRO may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary and legally permissible.

43. Third-Party Services

The Website may rely on third parties for services including:

  • Payment processing;
  • Delivery;
  • Hosting;
  • Analytics;
  • Customer communication;
  • Fraud prevention;
  • Translation;
  • Social-media integration; and
  • Other technical services.

Those services may be governed by separate third-party terms and privacy policies.

VYRO is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services outside our reasonable control, subject always to any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

44. External Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites.

A link does not necessarily mean that VYRO endorses or controls that third party.

Customers should review the applicable terms and privacy policies before interacting with external services.

PRIVACY & COMMUNICATIONS

45. Personal Data

Personal data collected through VYRO may be processed for purposes including:

  • Creating and managing customer accounts;
  • Processing orders;
  • Accepting payments;
  • Arranging delivery;
  • Providing customer support;
  • Fraud prevention;
  • Legal and accounting compliance;
  • Website security; and
  • Other purposes explained in our Privacy Policy.

Personal-data processing will be handled subject to applicable Egyptian law.

Please review the VYRO Privacy Policy for further information.

46. Transactional Communications

By placing an order or creating an account, you acknowledge that VYRO may send communications reasonably necessary to:

  • Confirm your account;
  • Confirm or update your order;
  • Notify you of delivery status;
  • Provide payment information;
  • Process returns or refunds;
  • Respond to customer-service requests; or
  • Provide legally required notices.

Transactional communications are different from optional marketing communications.

47. Marketing Communications

Where required, VYRO will obtain appropriate consent before sending marketing communications.

Customers may opt out of optional marketing communications using the unsubscribe method provided or other available account preferences.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent VYRO from sending necessary transactional or service messages.

WEBSITE OPERATION & LIABILITY

48. Website Availability

VYRO aims to maintain a secure and functioning Website but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Access may occasionally be affected by:

  • Maintenance;
  • Software updates;
  • Hosting issues;
  • Network disruption;
  • Cybersecurity incidents;
  • Third-party outages; or
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

49. Errors & Corrections

VYRO may correct:

  • Typographical errors;
  • Product information;
  • Stock information;
  • Website functionality;
  • Pricing information; or
  • Other Website content

where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

A correction will not be used to unlawfully deprive a customer of rights already acquired under a confirmed transaction.

50. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Egyptian law.

Subject to that principle and to the maximum extent permitted by law, VYRO will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

VYRO remains responsible where liability is imposed by mandatory consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer’s statutory rights relating to defective, unsafe, incorrect, or non-conforming products.

51. Force Majeure

VYRO will not be liable for delay or failure to perform an obligation to the extent that performance is prevented by an event genuinely outside our reasonable control.

Such events may include:

  • Natural disasters;
  • Severe weather;
  • Fire;
  • War;
  • Civil disturbance;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Public-health emergencies;
  • Transportation shutdowns;
  • Courier-network disruption;
  • Telecommunications failures;
  • Widespread payment-system failures;
  • Labor disruption; or
  • Other comparable events.

Where reasonably possible, VYRO will take steps to minimize disruption and resume performance.

Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected where applicable.

COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES

52. Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint concerning:

  • A product;
  • Delivery;
  • Payment;
  • Refund;
  • Exchange;
  • Customer service; or
  • Another aspect of your order,

please contact VYRO Customer Support first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Please provide your order number and sufficient information to identify the issue.

53. Egyptian Consumer Protection Rights

VYRO recognizes the role of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency in enforcing Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

Nothing in these Terms prevents an eligible consumer from exercising the right to submit a complaint or seek a remedy through the competent Egyptian authorities.

The Consumer Protection Agency explains that disputes concerning application of the Consumer Protection Law or rights to exchange or refund may be referred to the Agency for determination in accordance with law.

54. Governing Law

These Terms, your use of the Website, and consumer transactions with VYRO are governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Mandatory consumer-protection rules will apply regardless of any provision that attempts to provide a lower level of protection.

55. Jurisdiction

Subject to any mandatory consumer dispute-resolution mechanism or jurisdiction required by Egyptian law, disputes arising from these Terms or transactions through VYRO will be subject to the competent courts and authorities of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS

56. No Waiver of Consumer Rights

No failure or delay by VYRO in enforcing a contractual right will operate as a waiver of that right.

More importantly, no provision of these Terms shall be interpreted as a waiver by the customer of a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

57. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent legally necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

58. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policy or specific terms expressly incorporated into your transaction, form the applicable agreement between you and VYRO concerning use of the Website and your purchase.

Nothing in this clause excludes information or representations that applicable law requires to form part of the transaction.

59. Changes to These Terms

VYRO may update these Terms from time to time because of:

  • Changes to the Website;
  • Business changes;
  • Service updates;
  • Operational requirements; or
  • Changes in applicable law.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.

Updates will not retroactively remove mandatory rights attached to an order already placed.

Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

VYRO is a fashion and apparel brand offering clothing and related products through its online store.

Throughout these Terms, the terms “VYRO,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the VYRO online store.

The terms “you,” “your,” and “customer” refer to any person accessing the Website or purchasing products from us.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

By using this Website or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You are using the Website for lawful personal or commercial purposes.
  • You will not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for fraudulent activity.

If you are under the legal age required to enter into contracts, you should use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colors, materials, designs, photographs, dimensions, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Screen and display settings.
  • Lighting conditions during photography.
  • Manufacturing variations.
  • Fabric characteristics.
  • Product updates or improvements.

Such minor differences do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, available colors, size information, and size guide before placing an order.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Website are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

VYRO reserves the right to change product prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Shipping charges, discounts, promotional offers, and any additional applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Orders

Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer from you to purchase the selected products.

Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

VYRO reserves the right to verify and accept an order before processing or dispatching it.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Incorrect product or pricing information.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Payment failure.
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
  • Technical or system errors.
  • Orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, any amount due to you will be refunded through the appropriate payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing procedures.

6. Payment

Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information when completing an order.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

VYRO does not control the internal systems of independent payment processors and is not responsible for delays or failures caused solely by those providers, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

An order may be placed on hold or cancelled if payment authorization is unsuccessful.

You agree not to use payment information that you are not legally authorized to use.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Available shipping methods, delivery charges, and applicable delivery information are displayed during checkout.

Delivery periods are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Your delivery location.
  • Courier operations.
  • Order volume.
  • Public holidays.
  • Weather conditions.
  • Events outside VYRO’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and valid contact information.

VYRO will not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If a shipment cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or has provided incorrect information, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply where legally permitted.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order promptly after receiving it.

If you receive:

  • An incorrect item;
  • An incorrect size or color compared with the confirmed order;
  • A damaged item; or
  • An item with a manufacturing defect,

please contact VYRO as soon as reasonably possible through the customer-service channels provided on the Website.

Where appropriate, photographs or other reasonable evidence may be requested to help us review the issue.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

VYRO respects all mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Egyptian law.

Subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions, customers may have the right to return or exchange eligible products within 14 days from the date of receipt, including where no specific reason is given.

For defective or non-conforming products, statutory rights may apply for up to 30 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer-protection law.

Any return or exchange remains subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.

Where relevant, products should be returned in the condition required by applicable law and should not have been damaged, materially altered, or rendered unsuitable for resale by the customer.

Certain products may not qualify for return or exchange where an applicable legal exception applies, including where the nature of the product or its condition makes returning it to its original state impossible.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict or waive any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made through the original payment method or another legally permitted method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
